Today been trying to install a new service. Just the basics, then in time develop more. I have to accept it takes time, concentration and… well it will hopefully be on Meditation Techniques. Buddhist style.
At the moment can not even find it. Get into it. Give up? No will persevere, maybe tomorrow.
Inadvertently ended up in the blog space. So let’s blog:
Body fueled up on wholemeal spaghetti, with tuna and tomato sauce. Herbified with Greek basil from the garden. The sauce was ready made with ‘hidden veg’ and turmeric with fresh black pepper. Just added a dash of Mexican hot pepper sauce and some sauerkraut. I tend to cut the spegetti in three, add my lobster apron to uses as a bib and share with those adding mature Cheddar, prefer to parmesan. Did not have any cheese.
The same dish more or less with tuna replaced with tinned beans, frozen fish or veg or meat mince. Simple versatile.
Next task after watching some mindless TV to relax, is have a nap.
Or popcorn.
You’re right, spicy popcorn it is. I add curry powder, pepper (powdered or whole), dried basil, garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt – that sort of thing. Yep gonna do that now! Good plan…
